BIO

My name is Jeff Blethen, and I am currently Co-Founder of Lazarus Therapeutics. I was previously a Field Associate focused on operations and strategy at Atlas Holdings’ portfolio company TOPS Products, and prior to that was an Associate with PSP Partners in Chicago focusing on buyout and growth equity transactions. Before joining PSP, I was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials group at Jefferies in NYC. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2017 with a BA in international business and finance and earned my MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2025. I went through non-target recruiting coming out of South Carolina, so I understand the difficulties that come from attending a non-core school. I am more than happy to walk you through my networking strategies, help you craft your story, and teach the dark arts of cold calling and emailing as well as discuss my experiences in operations, investing, and banking.
