Nicole D'Onofrio

Hi, everyone. My name is Nicole D’Onofrio – I am a Vice President with the Raymond James Technology & Services Investment Banking team based in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Raymond James, I worked as an investment professional at Astira Capital Partners. Astira launched as a first-time private equity fund in 2023 with a mandate to invest in software and tech-enabled services businesses. Prior to joining Astira, I began my career as an investment banker with Harris Williams. Over the course of my career, I’ve exclusively focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.

I was inspired to start my career in investment banking after attending multiple diversity springboard programs during my sophomore year of college. I pursued internships with Harris Williams, BB&T Capital Markets, and EisnerAmper prior to accepting a full-time role with Harris Williams upon graduating from the University of Richmond. I graduated with a dual degree in International Business and Italian Studies. I have found my career to be incredibly exciting and rewarding – so I look forward to connecting and supporting you all in your next steps!
